Well, I have to say this doesn't make a bit of sense to me:

One the amended 4a that was filed yesterday had a letter of default attached to it. The previous did not, which leads me to believe they are current on their payments, and Sass said as much in the blog.

I really don't see how an April 6 4A filing with a letter of default would lead anyone to believe that they are current on their payments. (Would a letter saying they are current on their payments lead you to believe that they were in default? LOL!!!)

Sass said "payments have been made." He didn't say all payments, nor did he even specify exactly what payments had been made.

Moreover, Sass is undoubtedly relying on what someone else (Harold? Matvieshen?) is telling him. He isn't even in the same province as the gumbas who are supposedly running this outfit.
