Yes. Usually, you try to settle the issue first, especially if you are currently involved with each other, as Q and Oxygen are for the next couple of months. The filing of a lawsuit is a last resort - unless Oxygen has some kind of file first, talk later policy.

QBID probably wasn't going to be shown on O and just used it as a way to dump more shares. Once O discovered the PR they went after them.....JMHO
