It's been a long time and I think the PR's will come in due time. The ball is in Brian's court as it has been for a long time. I think he is going to see how the pps responds to these upcoming dividends to see if the share structure is too big to respond to any meaningful PR's. CEO's who are conscience about pps will want to ensure the PR's they release will have an impact on the pps, hence the upcoming stock dividends.
There has been a large emphasis on the stock dividends helping to alleviate the manipulations/shorting of the pps, so I think that will be their focus for the short-term by which time they will hopefully have meaningful PR's to release. They better do it in time before the summer vacation season starts.
