that's the issue here ... dilution and little to no money. The only way for WB to raise any serious money is by selling stock .. creating more dilution and loss of PPS ..

No WAY will this company survive without a major share restructure
and that is called a reverse split .. I don't care what the CEO said in the past ... he will have no choice ..
