Cannabis is still a schedule 1 narcotic...it doesn't matter what you put cannabinoids in, it's still illegal unless you are in an MMJ state and have a card. Please explain how you think CBIS can release a product with marijuana in it when it's a schedule 1 narcotic... it doesn't matter if they claim no medical use. I can't go and put heroin in a cream and say it's cool because there isn't any medical use. It doesn't work that way. They only way right now is with FDA approval...if the Feds change the scheduling of marijuana, then we can talk.

Rob - you are completely retarded.

Plenty of products on the market that can be purchased legally that are not FDA approved. I have a cupboard full of them.

HOW MANY OF THOSE PRODUCTS HAVE MARIJUANA IN THEM? ZERO.

I'm out of posts for the day...

IMO, they do not need FDA approval for any product that does not claim to be of medical benefit. It is the CSA that places restrictions on the possession and use.

I am not too familiar with DMSO or it was something like that. It was not FDA approved but you were able to purchase it on the net.

Yeah, but the BIG money is when you can make medical claims.
