Yes, I think everyone is. As with any medication it needs to be proven effective and have the side-effects completely documented.
Especially if we are planning on a 'Big Pharma' buyout or partnership(after DEA re-classification) there will have to be rock solid proof that this is effective. No billion dollar pharmaceutical corporation is going to put their name on a product that somebody claims cures cancer. No, they will want to see it in a lab, and on paper, proven.
