How can you say that for sure? Did the doctor tell you that himself or CBIS? The mere fact that he supplied the document to them at all speaks volumes. It also adds to the building momentum of this sector that is on the verge of explosion.....as more and more get on board, including doctors, (which there are after talking to Mark for 45 mins two days ago), CBIS will get FDA approval for clinical trials.......once that happens, then I think you will see more and more states approve Med MJ for use and treatment.

you, Know thats not true. You are dealing with a Drug thats still listed as a schedule 1 narcotic. The plastic surgery practice, Is not approved to offer this treatment. As to why it wouldn't be wise to release names. On top of the people that are anti- medical mj would non stop harass this practice and surgeon. Even if this had nothing to do with narcotics. DR's and patients choose to remain unknown. along with DR/patient confidentiality agreements which is standard.
