No stand alone well in deepwater is commercial. You ALWAYS have to drill appraisal wells to prove commerciality. Everything I read about OBO-1 makes me think it is commercial. It may not have been as big as Exxon or Cheveron wanted but the fact that they plan on drilling an appraisal well in that prospect and the fact that Total has come in tells me everything I need to know.

I think it is pretty clear at this point that the exact same thing can be said about Bomu in Block 2.
