In answer to your questions:

Smilin B,
I appriciate what you try to do and getting the right info for all of us, plus keeping thing in order on this board.

<<<<thank you, I try - but will always have folks that complain because "moderators arent supposed to have an opinion on the stocks within the forum they moderate". So im sticking to posting the FACTS as they enter the scene, and yes - I have a negative bias CURRENTLY (not because i sold much higher and have no position) - but because the facts that i'm reading about share structure and toxic PIPE dilution do not bode well and management needs to address these issues to shareholders first and foremost<<<<

Just wonder, if Khoo answer everything that you ask, where would the pps will be?

My friend, I wish I could answer that question with any semblance of accuracy. I cannot. It is up to the markets as a collective, to fair value shares of EMLL once the TRUTH is told. Why El Maniel management (who are they anyway - specifically, and where are they? Lee Tuck Hing is the director of El Maniel. Has anyone seen or heard about this gentleman either? Anything on him outside of what I have within the confines of the I-Box? I mean really, come on.

And if he does not answer your question, but came out with good pr for plot A,B,C,where would the pps will be? I'll take a stab at this, but it would only be a guess. If Khoo came out with a good PR of "we found gold and this is exactly how much we found, and this is the date its coming to market" - then I feel the newbies (those that do not know the inside story of EMLL's share structure dilution and EWI's toxic convertible debenture and the Co-Max 800,000,000 share dilution et. al - would take shares of EMLL up to the .0014 level. EWI would be retiring much of its debt in the way of dumping its blocks into the market, and i have a strange feeling that alot of "restricted" shares would also find their way to the market as well. Ofcourse, this is my "opinion" and im in no way suggesting this would happen, or even could happen. It's just my vantage point, from what i already know, based upon combing thru El Maniel's corporate filings

And if you have to choose between the two which would you rather take? I'd rather have Jamie Khoo answer the emails sent to him, SPECIFICALLY related to the convertible debt, the share structure, the true and honest valuation of the stamp assets (the true story of that deal as well as the TRUE story behind the oil terminal facility in Pennsylvania - as well as the TRUE story behind the banks in Ghana. Im not believing a thing until I see proof, and neither should any of you - in my opinion. Why hasnt Jamie Khoo had a conference call to field shareholder concerns? Why hide behind numerous virtual offices with answering machines PROMISING "someone will call you back shortly", when they know darn well that there has NEVER been ANYONE to call ANYONE back!?? We have no staff. No secretaries. No offices. None. Prove otherwise. Where is El Maniel International? How does one call and speak to a human being? Whats the telephone number where we can call and someone answers the telephone?

This by no mean any attack to you, and always respect any comment you may have. Not a problem. Im used to being attacked for illuminating issues that need to be illuminated, whether im a moderator of a forum, or a general forum participant. The truth comes out in the end. Will El Maniel find gold and run to .05 one day? Sure - - why not? It's possible. Should Jamie Khoo (that isnt even his full name) decide to be forthcoming in fielding SPECIFIC shareholder concerns, then perhaps this would have/could still become a legitimate player in the junior gold mining/banking sector. Till then, its just another capital raising starter company with a sexy story, fleecing investors to line its own pockets and service its debts. "in my opinion"
