Just saying that if they thought that they were so close to getting in under the wire by the 5th, why should it take to the 15th now, if most all is in order!?

HP, you know of course you don't need to wait on a 10k to file the merger 8k. It is not required for that 8k that a 10k must be filed. It's done all the time.
