The deadline on the 85k dollars was to be paid by March 15th as the final payment to John Salamon, the filing happened on the 10th so we can only assume the money had not been paid at that time. The gift shares of 1.345 million were gifted out the day after and was filed on March 24th. Hmmm, they were late and had to amend the 4/a.
