the lender put up a dollar amount in lieu of payment and accepted restricted shares..i believe a bunch were restricted till feb 2010 meaning the holder was either paid off the money,made a new date arrangement,or still holds the restricted shares.imo i was told prom has done this restricted share avenue before a few times.imo
