Warren Buffet says never to chase a stock up. The time to buy is when no one else is buying it. That is why I continue to buy at these level on what I can afford.

Solar is a long play! Buy at these levels to build support. Then hope you're investment pays off in a few years based upon your DD.

If I did my DD and bought in at .0029, why would I not buy in at .0012? What has changed?

I see that we have more and bigger contracts and an agreement with a big Chinese Solar Company for supplying us the materials. That is better news than when I first got in. So I keep buying to average down.
