I sent him a polite inquiry, I want to see if there is any
hope of reorganization or something before saying anything
nasty.

His emails are screened, you have to fill out a form and
they supposedly go through the second time,

It is a shame we do not have the entire picture to look at
and maybe make some sense of it. The man that loaned them
some money was totally caught off guard when I spoke to
him this morning.
