i didn't pull the plan of reorganization after seeing the 11 million in debt and assets of only hundreds of thousands...that right there says to me unsecured creditors (shareholders) see nothing that with the fact of there 8-k filing terminating the iPDG contract...as well as the DIP financing of 20 million which has no positive equity effect on shares... well you know the outcome of this one... but like i said it is a nice sleight of hand money maker... DD is your best friend
