Shares cannot be traded in Canada. Call Stephen Harper...see if he gives a crap. It was his governments initiative to have one regulator for all of Canada. Some provinces want their own regulation back and are hopefully challenging this BS in court. Want to fornicate something up, get the government involved, like anybody needs these overpaid anuses to tell you what to do.
Pressure must be brought to bear to change this...same thing like the all or none rule....that has been eliminated in Canada...now you are at the mercy of the MM's and brokerage traders.
Slap your MP, maybe that will wake him up.
