Sure hoping for the best is great but I mean c'mon what about these fairytale theories that come up here on a daily basis. How can anybody out there even give a rats a.. what the CEO is telling anybody? This is about the last guy on earth I would trust.

People should hope for the best but they should also prepare for the more realistic outcomes and think about their strategy when the stock will trade again... The shorts didn't budge when the stock was above $20... they will short again any dead cat bounce after the opening... Remember that for them this is a total fraud... They'll short it to zero dollars!!! We didn't have institutional to come to the longs rescue last year... they won't be helping now either!!!

My opinion is that all the appeals and bullshit from the CEO is only some postures for the lawsuits... He lied before so I just can't trust anything he says anymore... zero credibility... and yes, I know he's a buddhist ;-)
