2004-2005-2006 resitance and support levels are showing up on every pullback we've had the past year.

Agreed. I for one am relieved. Anything 10% or less would be fine with me. Re-charge the batteries for the next move.

FWIW, this is no "start-up" biotech company. They have been meandering around for 20 years.

What is the psychology or reason for a "healthy pullback". I have heard things like "the stock needs to rest, digest its gains". I have never really understood this. What are the mechanics of a "healthy pullback"? They do occur of course, but are they actually necessary or just something we sort of create in our minds? Thanks for explanation in advance.
