The merger will happen. Please read sunbits post again. What would the company want to delay the merger? So they can sell on hype? But Mike and company haven't been selling so the delay is probably due to paper work problem. All payments to the old CEO Salamon and debts are made!!! No reason for Mike and company to back out now.

The merger will happen and we will see who is right in a few days. I holding and buying cheap again. If this ship sink, I guess I'm going down with it. GLTA

Wrong on Two counts:

#1 Delays are very very common in the investment world.

#2 A Shell does not have no value
