A) there's no evidence that MWE is still retained by IMGG

B) there's no evidence that there is any meeting with the FDA scheduled or anticipated

c) there's no evidence that Jim Cohen has ever had any contact at all with IMGG, let alone will be representing IMGG personally before the FDA.
