The annual that is posted on the pennystocks website shows revs (sales and services) for 2010 at 3,413,073 with cost of revs at 1,016,446.

gross= 2,414,627

they added on various extinguishing of debt and derivatives to get the net= 16m.

The last part is probably what the beef in court is about but I don't know for sure.
