read my post on those shares, and it is the 60 million shares, not owned by offor that offor sold at .41 to pay them as settlement.

vine....My bet would be the bank shares are no longer in the hands of the NDIC. I think they are in the hands of individuals in Nigeria. My guess they were dispersed to individuals who matter and have influence in Nigeria, and no one owns 5% so the shares are no longer reported.
