Ive said it before but I guess I'll have to repeat it so it "might" sink in ... there were 144 shares issued over a year ago that are now available to trade (and be sold) from the previous partner, not to mention other deals that were made at that time that are no longer restricted. JM have you emailed Eric to addressed all of your "issues"? Has he replied to you? I suggest speaking with him, email or call him.
