Maybe your resume was not good enough to attract attention of recruiter ,read FAQ . Also they look into your resume for the last jobs you had…etc

They don't have to call you just because you applied for job , they can access you resume, and even transfer in their own database. Why do they keep renew it every year?? (they pay for it,…. $3150.00/year ) .

For the last 2 years I checked other companies to see if they keep posting their own jobs (Venture , Avanade…etc ). They all do it…post.. post …post These positions have never been filled either? My take on this is that in IT bussiness they hire people in these position all the time..so if they need to hire in 2 days ... they can do it... IMO

I have no problem with posting (post= somebody pays for it..)..as you said almost 3 years…
