Probably by Outsourcing. My guess would be that they may plan on using MSI in Portage, Indiana. The bottles designs looks similar to what MSI produces for Wowgreen. Although if you look more closely the bottle shapes are a little different.

It said production was halted during the SEC trial. And now they are looking to
resume operations. This seems to be a big step in the right direction.
Now it is just a matter of gaining capital to make that happen.
