Agreed, but my antennae, which just had a tune-up, are detecting an inkling of a safety issue for this drug.

I don't believe I've seen you comment on ACH-1625 before. Do you have any comments on ACHN's 2nd gen PI? It is clearly well behind TMC435 and they have a way to go to replicate TMC435's data to date, but it's a big enough market that there's presumably room for a few 2nd gen PIs. Also, TMC435 could still have a safety signal that trips it up in the final stages (this obviously applies to 1625 as well). ACHN management has for some time indicated that TMC435 is the one PI in the clinic that 1625 most resembles.
