The dilution today couldn't have been any more obvious. You must have missed it because you were on the beach. I thought for sure that you would have been smart enough to sell into the artificial rally today since that joke of a financial statement essentially proved that all prior press releases from the company were not put out in good faith rather they were only released to sell more shares.

I agree that the only way to know with 100% certainty how much dilution occurred today would be to call the transfer agent. After market close today I called the transfer agent and again was told that the company had issued a gag order on releasing that information. I am going to do a little research on the laws regarding the disclosure of share count and float (you had posted something a while back that might be relevant) and will call again tomorrow with statute in hand (assuming that I can find the relevant statute) asking for a manager and demanding that the current share structure be disclosed. Regardless, I think that the company's refusal to release this info speaks volumes. (It is possible that my name and number are now on file at the transfer agent as someone who can make trouble for this fraud so I sincerely request that you call and try to get this information tomorrow from them)

Stop blaming the market makers for the stock price. The stock is going down because of the rapidly increasing float flooding the market with new shares. There were 25 million shares added to the O/S and 25 million shares added to the float in the last two weeks of march. This means that over 90% of the shares sold during that two week period were sold by insiders and related parties. I believe that the math adds up perfectly that the only non insiders selling shares during that two week period were Tocoro and TKmoore. When you compare volume to the increase in float you see that the MM boogey man didn't sell any shares during the last two weeks of March. When the MM boogey man sells shares it can not increase the float.

Yeah, I agree. I was watching the sales in the morning, it sure seemed like heavy selling into the sales almost the minute the volume came in.

As fast as it rose it fell to previous days levels. Not that all stocks trade the same, it just seem selling outpaced buying by a large margin. There were some low ball sales in there also.

Okay, somewhere in the neighborhood of 92,000 $$ traded yesterday. Patent news is usually pretty good news, wtf. I too was expecting testing 0045 or even low 005s.

Just musing, but the way it sank today this will be trading at .0024 - .0026 soon.

This hits home. That's almost half value.

Okay, I do understand others retort -- that it doesn't mean squat in the long run, still, just saying the selling was a little too early and too vigorous.
