I am hearing there has been one big seller and that they are done. Maybe the stock bounces up from here. with the ebb and flow of the stock I think it is a little overdue to trade higher. I have owned it for a while and know how it acts. It is way oversold IMHO. GLTA

They are pink current, why do you think they filed for an extension. They spent all of this time becoming transparent to become fully reporting. I don't know how many times I've said this!
I'm not expecting anything great or any real volume until the audit is complete, they up-list to OTCQB and become a "REAL PUBLIC COMPANY", meaning that they are fully reporting. Valuation can be done and we can then incorporate their potential future contracts and sales into the share price.
Who knows? Maybe if they follow through on everything they said, and secure favorable financing, and remain transparent, and file on time, and become cash flow positive, and increase share holder value; then maybe they will uplist to the OTCQX and then NASDAQ.
SMEV has a great product to start a technological spa health revolution!
Oh, one more thing. IF the Spacapsule is approved by the FDA then this will definitely improve shareholder value, because they can market it for therapeutic purposes under and expand their market with something that was proven and approved by the FDA.
I think they can take over, become very profitable and then start expanding into other areas of the health and wellness market!
So, FULLY REPORTING, and possible FDA approval, and contracts and future sales, will enhance value and PPS.
Right now is just the quiet before the storm in my opinion. news and conferences are great, but investors need real proof and sources to back up what they are saying, which they have done with the DERMSCAN study and FDA application. So this tells me that they are super serious about aggressive growth and the potential for the Spacapsule to be huge and possibly take over the market. Simulated Environment Concepts is the real deal to me and I think they are progressing aggressively and positively. I believe they will take care of the share structure down the line so I am not worried about that, but investors have to voice concern to the company about what they are doing so that we are proactively supporting them and helping ourselves too! I look forward to the next conference call!
