Or it might, precisely because ERHE would then be one of the very few that go up which would attract more investors. Don't think the JMC concerns themselves with this though.
FWIW based on past experience I think it will take a few days for the stock to take full flight once awards news hit the wires. This would be a GOOD thing in terms of getting on more and more radar screens and especially establishing new higher and higher plateaux as opposed to a big spike.
