Just to be clear. I do not believe the preferreds
are for nefarious reasons at all. They are likely in
place to eliminate any possible hostile take over.
The reason I bring it up is because nobody has received
an answer on the preferreds. I believe a good explanation
for them will instill strong investor confidence.
There are many that will not buy more shares because of
these unexplained preferred shares. If we can get the company
to explain in a filing, and we get a good explanation, we will
see a large amount of money pour into this company even
with the lawsuit still pending.
