I am talking about small caps. There is a reason the stock .000X and it is not a good one. No real financier would touch garbage with plans for billions of shares like here.

Seems to be alot of HIGH EXPECTATIONS for sub-penny stocks lately (APCX). I'm not sure why tho, as most "sub-penny" stocks are all based on the speculation of a development and a market trend crossing paths.
