There is no business. Good companies are transparent, ENTI/DiBiase have hidden everything from shareholders. The NSS fairytail be promoted by DiBiase is found on every pink sheet scam board. How could a CEO believe that someone/something is selling air shares right in front of the SEC\/FBI faces?

If the business model was so successful and the uplisting is right around the corner, why take over a company with $270k in debt and no product? Only thing I can see is to introduce another 8 billion shares and for somebody to grab another paycheck as CEO of another company. Same intellectual property split between two companies and double the amount of shares. That's the definition of dilution.
