In one of my posts from the day before yesterday I concluded (for what it is worth of course!) that regarding the well results they already knew in May last year what the results were.

Dan already told me back then that it was a question of how to continue. And that was way before last September.

Do you get my point? Probably something else caused the delay in the AIM listing.

In what way could negotiations between the JDA and SNP (with Total?) justify a delay for an ERHC AIM listing?

Buyout?
NSAI data?

Anything else?
