I still didn't see anywhere whether or not the shares are restricted or not or how VCTY plans on using them. I will be doing alot more DD hopefully tonight when I get some free time, but as I see it now, EVDR doesn't have much to "dilute" as many have suggested to watch out for. VCTY owns, what I believe to be, about 90% or so of the O/S....Again, I got alot of DDing to do so anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...just trying to get the scoop here
