Do you by any chance know much cash does Chrome have? How low would the ERHC share price have to go so that Chrome can afford to buy out the rest of ERHC with the cash they have currently?

Ntephe represents a 'closely held corporation' status via his close relationship with SEO. This avoids the alphabet soup gang's complaint of 'no professional distance' from SEO and the operations of the firm.

When SEO says jump PN will say 'how high?' In the meantime PN gets a couple hundred grand to be de facto CEO when he really is still the corporate secy. imo, of course.
