Thanks, I usually check OTCMarket site, but have not been able to retreive financial info from OTCMarket site today and see this below instead...

Anyone else having a similar problem or is it because I just recently switched to Explorer 9?

So according to that financial report there are only 320 shareholders?

WHY??????? the following.....
"1 Series C Preferred share was issued to one holder in 2011."
In January 2011, 1 Series C Preferred Share was issued to Timothy Bredemeyer.
The Company has one full time employee.

Amazing! 80% Dilution by giving 1 class C Preferred share to Bredemeyer.

Clearly this isn't treated as a public company any more if a CEO can give himself 80 ownership.


This share needs to be cancelled and not reissued until all investors are notified in advance and shares are freely tradable to allow us to exit this POS prior to his dilution, which in effect, he is taking the co. private.
