I never kept records of the length of time this sat at .003 to .004 but it was considerable. Millions changed hands, not to mention the shares paid to Flagler Comm and Wall Street Voice for advertising exposure that never was enduring. Don't know if those shares have found their way to market( had to be in the fifteen million area for both companies).
