Pretty routine,,,,,,but a contact of mine that is quite close to David Engel called me up over the weekend to share some insights on the future.
They are reorganizing,
deals in the pipeline are on hold till the SEC issue gets resolved,
no comments on share cancellations,
no r/s planned as it is not needed,
very upbeat now that the cancer is behind bars,
pink-sheets will be updated soon,
take all this with a grain of salt,but hope does spring eternal lol...
