I'm in the news business. The titles to articles are not always written by the pr company. Often the news organization puts their own title to the pr when it comes in. You don't know who came up with the title, and what they based it off. It doesn't say 6% in the article, just the title. Joe intern could have made the title up, or it could have been titled from the pr company. you don't know
