dougal: Someone (I believe it was lawyer long) commented on this some tome ago. If I remember correctly, it seems to carry more weight than a LOI between two companies. It would seem quite strong and would SEEM to indicate a contract will be ALMOST assured. If you are smart, you will wait for LL to reappear on the board and ask him.
