All we have are the PRs (and the financial reports) by which to determine the ongoings of UNLA. I am not sure your statement undermines the information that was released by the company. By what was in the last PR about the sharing of resources it appears an agreement more than a LOI exists with regulatory approval as the remaining obstacle. But, only the companies to the merger can tell us that, so I guess we are all in a wait and see mode as I mentioned before.
