No I think it's 7 am on the west coast where they are, and they putting all the info in the PR that they want released.

Jeez, today is the deadline. That means completion could occur any time in the day, or perhaps it took place a day or two ago and they are waiting to put a PR out sometime today. If nothing is out by open Tomorrow, then complain. At least give them up until the date they announce.
