The fact is, this has pretty much been diluted. The 200 to 1 R/S and then issuing 238,000,000 was a massive dilution.

Well, the facts say the opposite. Adjusted for split, this POS closed at 24 cents pre split. Right now we are at 19 cents. This means that USRI is currently DOWN OVER 20% since the split. So in other words we have LOST GROUND!
