So you are saying, we would not be able to listen to "STL", and the whole company is up for sale. Let say they sale the whole company, would shareholders get any equity? (EOM)
I personally don't think it means anything that they are on the air in FL. No one is listening anyway. It surely isn't bringing in any sponsors.
If they have been shopping for 9 months with no result, wouldn't that tell you that they should change their tactics? How about hiring a sales team? Dilute the stock, who cares if it is for something good.
Hell, Truth on the other board had some great suggestions. I emailed them to Daryn...no reply.
I still think that shareholder value is way down on their list.
It's looking more and more like a college radio hobby than a real company.
