Oilman57 - Best post I have read about ERHE thus far! You hit the nail on the head - If some longs are wondering what the problem is and why ERHE is not over a buck by now - they should get in front of full length mirror! News is released, WHEN news is released. More harm than good comes out of all the speculation or unfounded promises and timelines.

As a semi professional trader - I was taught by a wise old dog to use the long boards as my BS barometer. It is called the "TO DA MOON indicator. It can't be found on any chart - and it almost never fails. When longs are popping champagne, talking about which color to order their Lamborginis in, and which Island they should retire on - it is almost always time to sell.

A stock can almost never meet the expectations set-up by the longs and set-backs are always met with harsher results.

I agree in principle but I think you too are overreacting, just the other way (not criticizing you though, I too tend to err on the cautious side.) While getting into an argument about this would be worthless (we will know soon enough <g>) there is room for interpretation of their awards process, and if I recall correctly, they did publicly announce their awards decision for Block 1, and then the companies "accepted" those much later. Keep in mind also that there is a very high probability that most companies have gotten unofficial word weeks ago, so if you are correct they have no interest in delaying aceptance, especially with XOM hovering over them like a giant vultur.

I doubt very much that on THIS board "people" needlessly got their hopes up. But just in case newbies would have been mislead by their own anticipations, you may have noticed that I posted several messages suggesting that folks be patient. I got a few emails and I thought that would be a nice thing to do, I can only hope they used their heads and listened!

I agree that ERHE stands on its own two feet, I even confess that I went from being skeptical to being quite impressed by the moves made by the company since Ali Memon became our CEO. And look at their most recent stuff, the PR on Monday, followed by Form 4 today... as I said in an earlier post I'm starting to have a STRONG suspicion that we may well jump straight from successful awards into an AMEX listing... it's something I said should be a priority but I thought they didn't feel that way, now I realize I could have been dead wrong and it wouldn't surprise me if this happened within say, a couple months.

oilman57: I still think that when the JMC meeting concludes they will announce the block award winners, and the two week decision process will come afterwards. Good call on the timeline prediction though, obviously more topics are / were being discussed at the multi-day meeting. Hopefully all will bode well for us longs.
