This is pretty clearly an awesome deal. I bought ENTI for MMX, and that product is being uplisted via PT*L.. where our CEO will be in place and I am being given what I assume will be convertible preferred shares. I also get to hold on to my position in ENTI as it develops film rookie, VSP, seo, etc..

Plus Pegasus is a pretty sweet name.. I'd vote we drop telecommunications and keep the rest.
