They Are All In the Core of They City

In the very best of locations. Adgar has owned them for years (these are long term people... they think in multiples of decades and plan accordingly). Cash cows all. Commanding the best of rents.

The buildings all occupy prime inner city land on the best of streets, most in the heart of the financial district. The land they sit on is worth millions and millions of dollars.

The post was done to offer an idea of how these people think and operate.... which in my opinion translates into what they are potentially planning for SDAD.... see HDOGTX's posts about what our SDAD owners are already up to.. they have purchased a company with revenue producing properties already. Given the foregoing, we can expect with good probability that they are intent on establishing a similar portfolio of high end commercial properties.

Here is another example of their Toronto properties.... it is located on one of the best corners in the heart of the City... behind it you can make out the bottom of a 74 story building. and beyond that are at least twenty more, all closely packed. These guys know location.
