No. Q blamed no one. They explained that certain unnamed carriers were not going to put our programming on basic television through Oxygen. I asked Richard and he said it was nothing against our programming specifically. What the carriers found objectionable was just that it was gay and lesbian programming.

As was mentioned in the investor update, no reason to piss off carriers to air our programs on a free channel. So they'd rather delay airing for free if it keeps the carrier lines open. Matt

From what Im told they were not payed the 60 thousand bucks so there was no airing , The broker did not deliver the check
So there is nothing to sue over , Its a Q broker mistake,
