Nice of you to admit your trying for a continuance...nervous? On what grounds do you believe you can continue the hearing? Your entire story is in your complaint and you guys brought the complaint and it is up to jeff to defend it, if he is ready then on what grounds? Hearsay on a message board?

I doubt any judge will honor your request...but it is good to see how strong you think your case is...lol

You "suspect" it will be granted a continuance - the correct word would be you "hope" it will and with the FBI and everyone else involved I expect this judge to want some additional time to review what is going on with the rest of the litigation. But time grows short and this will be resolved in favor of the legitimate QASP shareholders sooner rather than later. Enjoy these moments.
