How do you jump to "UP-LIST" from the following statement put out by ALTO?

Management has filed its Form D (http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7742630) and has opened a private placement to fully capitalize the company, remove the going concern and execute its long term development plans.

Talk about spinning facts.... The edgar filings basically say he wants the money to pay his salary this year.....imagine that...... ALTO's long term business plan is to sell shares, dispense salaries for his friends, and acquire mining rights on properties that ALTO has no plans to actually mine IMO. The rights will be sold again during his next public company, and will be bought from, or sold to his friends again. Let's invest in Klok.....I think NOT.
